Taralli Finocchio 240 g are authentic Apulian taralli with fennel, bringing the taste and aroma of Southern Italy to your table. Handmade according to ancient tradition, they combine a pleasantly crunchy texture with the distinctive fragrance of fennel.
The recipe is based on type “00” soft wheat flour, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, brewer’s yeast, salt and 2% fennel. This combination gives the taralli their golden colour, crumbly texture and a more aromatic Mediterranean character. They are excellent as a savoury snack during the day, with wine, prosecco or aperitivo, and also as part of a selection of cheeses, cured meats, olives and other Italian specialities.
Taralli Finocchio contain no added colourings or preservatives. The practical 240 g pack is ideal for home snacking, sharing with guests or serving in gastronomy.
