l Doge Pompelmo syrup brings the distinctive taste of grapefruit with fresh citrus notes and a lightly bitter finish. Made in the Veneto region, it is designed especially for preparing refreshing grapefruit lemonade, but it also works beautifully in smoothies, granita, juices, teas and mixed non-alcoholic drinks.
To prepare a homemade grapefruit lemonade, simply mix 1 part grapefruit syrup with 7 parts soda, add ice and seasonal fruit. The result is a refreshing drink with a bright fruity flavour, perfect for summer refreshment, cafés, bars and home use.
This syrup is also a great choice for iced teas, fruit drinks and granita. Thanks to its citrus profile, it adds freshness, lightness and a pleasant fruity aroma to every drink.
