Il Doge Spritz Italiano Syrup comes from the Veneto region and is designed for easy preparation of the well-known Italian Spritz drink. It offers a pleasant slightly bitter flavour inspired by the classic aperitif style and combines beautifully with soda or sparkling wine.

For a non-alcoholic version, simply mix 1 part Spritz Italiano syrup with 7 parts soda, add ice and a slice of orange. The result is a refreshing Spritz Italiano 0%, ideal for parties, summer evenings, drivers and anyone who prefers a non-alcoholic toast.

For a more festive version, prepare it with Frizzante Grande Romeo sparkling wine 10.5%. Mix 1 part syrup with 7 parts Frizzante Grande Romeo, add ice and a slice of orange. You get an elegant Italian-style drink that is perfect as an aperitif or a refreshing toast.
