Taralli Tradizionali 240 g are authentic traditional taralli from Apulia, a region in Southern Italy known for its simple, genuine and flavourful cuisine. These crisp savoury rings are handmade according to an old Apulian recipe and bring the true taste of Southern Italy in every bite.
They are made with type “00” soft wheat flour, olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, white wine, brewer’s yeast and salt. This classic combination gives taralli their pleasantly crunchy texture, golden colour and rustic Mediterranean flavour. They are excellent as a snack with wine, as part of an aperitivo, or served with cheese, cured meats, olives and other Italian appetisers.
Taralli Tradizionali contain no added colourings or preservatives. The practical 240 g pack is ideal for home snacking, sharing with guests or serving in gastronomy.
