These traditional egg tagliatelle are flavored with natural strawberry juice and Barolo red wine, giving them a light fruity aroma, slightly sweet taste, and a beautiful rose hue.
Crafted with high-quality durum wheat semolina and fresh eggs, these pasta ribbons are enriched with Barolo – often referred to as “the king of wines” – offering a refined flavor and elegant finish. Perfect with light cream sauces, seafood, or simply served with butter and Parmesan.
Serving tip: Try them with a balsamic reduction and shavings of Grana Padano, or with a spoonful of ricotta for a gourmet twist.
Ingredients: durum wheat semolina, eggs 20%, strawberry 2%, “Barolo DOCG” wine 2%, beetroot, flavourings. May contain traces of soya.
ADVICE FOR PERFECT COOKING RESULTS: Cook the pasta in about 4 litres of boiling salted water. Stir gently from time to time. Drain the pasta and add extra-virgin olive oil or butter to taste. Cooks in 2/3 minutes. IDEAL QUANTITY FOR 4/5 PEOPLE Humidity: 12,50% at origin. Store in a cool dry place. Best before: see seal.
