Project Modernisation and automation in Bevande s.r.o.

The project Modernization and Automation at Bevande s.r.o., co-financed by the European Union.

The goal is to create a modern e-shop using system integration of current systems and automation of the connection process.

The project focuses on seven areas at Bevande s.r.o., related to the connection of the website bevande.cz, which already includes an online store, with accounting software and warehouse management. It includes automating the data transfer processes from the accounting software to the website and vice versa, as well as from the accounting software towards the ORO customs reporting system. The project also includes building automation for marketing processes for the modern bevande.cz website. System integration will occur at the level of linking the current accounting software - website - customers, government entities, Google, Facebook, Instagram. The aim of modernization and automation at Bevande is to achieve economic improvement through cost reduction in the individual areas of the project.

In the area of online orders, the main benefit will be shortening the time needed to process a received order and reducing error rates. This process has previously been operated manually by retyping individual data from the e-shop into the Pohoda software and was very time-consuming.

In the area of communication tools for carriers, the time needed to enter all necessary data for the carrier will also be reduced, and customer satisfaction will increase. The accelerated process will allow for quicker responses to market demand, reducing the time-related costs of processing orders and linking information.

In the area of online warehouse management, customer awareness of item availability will be increased, administrative costs related to advertising unavailable products will be reduced, and error rates on the website will be decreased. Products on bevande.cz will display stock quantity. By hiding out-of-stock items, financial savings will be achieved since such items won't be shown even in online ads.

In the area of automation of database processes and reporting, there will be significant progress in marketing through the use of new marketing tools. Data collection and processing will take place automatically and be stored in the Big Query database, which will be programmed for Google Sheets for data editing. This will allow future use of data via AI tools. New features and services of Ecomail will also be used, offering many advantages in automatic and selective email campaigns.

In the area of website modernization using AI, chatbot, and linkbuilding, innovative use of modern technologies will support the future online market with artificial intelligence. The use of AI, SEO, and content creation via AI, AI chatbot on the bevande.cz website, and SEO setup using the Collabim tool will be implemented. A chatbot with AI will be integrated on the website to answer user questions.

In the area of ORO customs reporting tools, there will be significant administrative savings. Automating the data transfer from daily sales reports to the respective ORO customs program will save time, increase employee efficiency, and reduce error rates.

In the area of multilingual tools for the website, a strong emphasis will be placed on foreign clientele. Data integration will be achieved by using a new e-shop feature with added new XML feeds for language versions and the expansion of the website's multilingual interface.
