Taggiasche olives are widely regarded as Liguria's finest olive variety. Grown on the sun-drenched terraced hillsides of Ponente Ligure near Imperia since the Middle Ages – when Benedictine monks first brought the cultivar from Provence – they take their name from the town of Taggia and carry centuries of Mediterranean tradition in every jar.

Small in size but remarkable in flavour, Taggiasche olives stand out for their gentle sweetness, subtle fruitiness and a faint almond-like finish. Unlike many table olives, they carry almost no bitterness, making them approachable even for those who don't usually reach for olives.

La Favorita Live is a Genoese producer with a long-standing reputation for honest, clean-ingredient products. These olives are preserved in quality olive oil that rounds out their natural flavour without masking it. The result is a product that tastes exactly as it should – simple, authentic, Italian.
