Mood was born from a long and careful selection of grapes able to stand out and represent the excellence of Made in Italy around the world.
With this goal in mind, in January 2021 Princess, after gaining extensive experience in the total dealcoholization of wines and other alcoholic products, decided to develop a line of unique products. This gave people who cannot or do not want to drink alcohol the chance to enjoy the flavors and aromas that define the finest products of Italian lands.
Mood Liquoroso is a non-alcoholic digestif obtained from the dealcoholization of sweet vermouth. This Dolomite vermouth tells an ancient story, evoking conifer forests and mountain herbs. Produced through the infusion of more than 20 botanicals, it is defined by distinctive notes of wormwood, hyssop, gentian, yarrow, and horsetail.
On the nose, it opens with citrus notes and candied fruit, followed by delicate hints of clove and cinnamon. It recalls aromas of chamomile, lemon balm, sage, and licorice root, before closing with a balsamic, woody finish of resin and eucalyptus.
