Made with Tuscan durum wheat semolina and crafted using traditional methods, these linguine have a distinctive yet naturally balanced taste. The combination of garlic, basil and wheat germ makes them ideal for simple Italian recipes such as aglio, olio e peperoncino, or served with extra virgin olive oil, chilli and a touch of parmesan.
They can also be mixed with other Morelli flavoured linguine with the same cooking time, such as Linguine al Peperoncino rosso or Limone e pepe, for a more colourful and flavourful dish.
About the producer
Antico Pastificio Morelli has been producing pasta in Tuscany since 1860. Today, the family tradition is carried on by the fifth generation of the Morelli family. Their pasta is made using slow mixing, bronze dies and low-temperature drying to preserve its texture, aroma and authentic character.
What makes Morelli pasta unique is the use of wheat germ, an ingredient that gives the pasta its unmistakable aroma and deeper flavour.
