Hug0.0 is a non-alcoholic cocktail created as an alternative to the original recipe born in South Tyrol. It is perfect for anyone who avoids alcohol but still wants to enjoy a light, fresh, and cheerful aperitif.
It is made with a beverage obtained from the total dealcoholization of wine, grape must, elderflower syrup, sugar, water, mint essence, and added carbon dioxide. It contains sulphites derived from the wine used in production.
In the glass, it shows a rich and bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers herbal notes reminiscent of freshly cut grass and hay, combined with a fresh hint of honey. The taste is intense, balanced, and pleasantly smooth.
For the best serving experience, enjoy it with ice and a few fresh mint leaves.
