Maracuja Fruit Purée brings the intense taste of tropical passion fruit in a practical format for bars, cafés, restaurants and home use. Made in Italy, it contains 50% passion fruit concentrate, which gives the purée its bold exotic flavour, aroma and rich fruity profile.
It is ideal for preparing refreshing lemonades, mixed drinks, non-alcoholic cocktails, smoothies, frappés and desserts. Thanks to its fruity texture, it mixes easily with sparkling water and helps create a fresh tropical drink in just a few seconds.
Recommended dosage is 1 part fruit purée to 5 parts sparkling water. Serve well chilled, ideally with ice and a slice of citrus fruit.
Ingredients
Orange juice and pulp, 50% passion fruit concentrate, apple purée, sugar, water, acidifier: citric acid, flavourings, stabiliser: E440, preservative: potassium sorbate, colours: E110, E129.
Colours E110 and E129 may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Store below 25 °C.
