Dreamy Banana brings the taste of ripe banana in a practical concentrated mix designed for bars, cafés, ice cream shops and home use. Thanks to its high content of banana juice and pulp from concentrate, it gives drinks the feeling of freshly blended fruit.
It is an excellent base for customised cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, smoothies, frappés and soft drinks. It also works beautifully as a topping for ice cream and desserts. The flavour is sweet, refined and smooth, with a natural ripe banana character.
