Costa Alta is born from vineyards planted in the heart of Riva di Collalto, one of the most prized single-vineyard areas within the Conegliano Valdobbiadene denomination. This riva imparts the Glera grape with exceptional aromatic finesse and a naturally balanced structure, reflected in every sip.
The result is a Prosecco Superiore DOCG in the Extra Brut style, with a delicate and harmonious profile. The vines are trained using a double-inverted and/or narrow Sylvoz system; the harvest takes place by hand with careful grape selection during the first half of September, with yields not exceeding 130 q/ha. Vinification follows the white wine method with soft pressing, preserving the grape's natural character.
In the glass, Costa Alta presents fine, persistent perlage, a lively and fresh palate, and a well-balanced finish. 0.75 l, 11.5% ABV. A wine that speaks the language of its origin – with elegance and without compromise.
