Balsamic vinegar from the CASANOVA range white in color with a shallot flavor is another novelty from a smaller manufacturer with a long tradition since 1748. This vinegar is not thickened in any way, it has a very pleasant shallot taste, so it is suitable for preparing: shellfish and seafood (oysters, shrimps, mussels, crabs, sushi, etc.), potato salad, beef or tuna tartare, carpaccio, mushrooms, omelets, raw or cooked vegetables, cheese fondue, to prepare sweet and sour sauces, broths, marinades and pinzimoni.
