Ristora

The history of Prontofoods began with the creation of the Ristora brand, the group's flagship brand, and continued with other major brands that were added over the years: Idrolitina, Frizzina, Maraviglia, Ideal, Prolait and Crastan.

1966 Luciano Pensante founded Prontofoods and first launched sales under the Ristora brand.

1990 Prontofoods focuses on new markets, the Ristora brand begins to be present in the wholesale of instant tea.

From 1997 to 2001, it sponsored Brescia Calcio, in which Roberto Baggio, Guardiola and Pirlo played.

2001 Prontofoods acquired the Maraviglia, Idrolitina and Frizzina brands and with them the Sant'Olcese (GE) plant.

2009 Acquisition of a French powdered milk brand Prolait.

2012 Prontofoods acquires the West End brand, which specializes in ginseng coffee.

2019 Prontofoods takes on its current form with the addition of Crastan, a Tuscan producer of Italian soluble barley, to the group.
