The company was founded in 1955 by Giovanni Piersanti with his two sons Carlo and Silveria in a cellar where they bottled sparkling wine (the most popular product at the time) of two types: white and red, with passion and commitment. In the eighties, when their sons Giuliano and Ottavio joined the company, the company closely followed the latest developments in the wine market and focused its production on the vinification of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, which soon became its driving force. The new production required greater quantities and more precise specialization, and the company moved its production site to a 2,000 m2 plant, where, thanks to the method and constant modernization, it is able to better serve more markets. As it was fifty years ago, Casa Vinicola Piersanti is managed and directed by a family management that over the years has been able to demonstrate competence and reliability, combined with the company's philosophy based on the price-quality ratio. Decades of experience and a predominantly family management allow the company to offer high-quality products at very reasonable prices; this is precisely the characteristic that has allowed the company to become a true reference point in the area and on the market.
