The Panificio Bo bakery has a long history. It was founded in 1820 in Rocchetta Tanaro, a small town in Piedmont in the heart of Monferrato. From a small village bakery, Bo has transformed in a few decades into a modern artisan structure, able to meet the diverse demands of the market while maintaining respect for tradition. The love for good food and for "handmade" artisanal products has meant that recipes passed down from generation to generation can be recognized for their "quality and authenticity". . In fact, all our breadsticks are ironed by hand... one by one, as the true Piedmontese tradition dictates.
Our recipes are essentially simple... few ingredients, no preservatives, but with an artisanal process that makes the product authentic, tasty and highly digestible.

Bo Bakery has obtained the IFS - International Featured Standard certification. This is a necessary requirement in the food sector, which fully demonstrates our commitment to providing customers with quality products in compliance with safety standards.

IFS stands for International Food Standard. It is a certificate that represents an international standard for the verification of food products at all stages of their production.

As we have seen, the love for tradition and the ancient flavors of the past that never go out of style has not left us. For us, tradition means craftsmanship and authenticity. As we have already mentioned, our company looks forward without forgetting our roots and the values ​​that make our company great. We started making bread sticks from bread, which have proven very successful. Then we added Focaccine, strips of classic artisan focaccia without lard and with rice oil. And finally, in the last period we went even further: we created Baby Focaccia. Focaccia divided into small slices that you can enjoy as a delicious snack on the go or as an aperitif with friends.
