The story of the family and the territory
We were born out of love for the region where we come from, the Val di Non, and for the wonderful fruit it offers us: apples. With care and simplicity, we process this raw material into apple cider vinegar, apple juice and apple cider. Inspired by the flavors of our region, we also offer handmade beer. Our family was founded in 1994 by Lucia Maria Melchiori and Alberto, our owners, who saw in the production of apple cider an opportunity to create a company focused on the processing of local fruit. We want to create our products with ingredients that we know well and that meet our quality standards: they are natural, authentic and of course good. That is why we have also created a range of ecological products that respect the environment and people's health. The future of new generations is also in our hands. That is why we want to leave the environment as clean as possible through constant innovation and, above all, a good example.

The fundamental value of our company is sustainability, which we apply in all areas. The management of our business processes focuses on maximizing three principles: reuse, reuse and recycling. We always keep water, air and energy consumption under control and try to minimize it as much as possible.

We use waste from the apple processing process to produce biogas, we have a photovoltaic power plant capable of producing 400,000 kW of electricity per year, we reuse the heat generated in the production plants to heat our offices and restaurant, we limit the use of non-recyclable packaging as much as possible. We only use glass packaging, reducing the use of non-recyclable packaging as much as possible. Glass represents perfection in the field of food safety: it is chemically inert, hygienic and completely recyclable. It is an important safety element for the health of our customers. It also preserves the nutrients in all our drinks. Our products are made only from whole apples from Trentino: without additives, without preservatives, without colorings, without added sugars and, above all, without the use of concentrates, the production of which in many cases follows unclear and unverifiable production processes.
