Since 1972, the idea of bringing the love of my land and its products to tables all over the world has been born in the family "Casale"!
1982 - this is the year of the birth of Dispac srl, an idea that was born almost thirty years earlier from the passion of a family for their land "Tavoliere di Puglia". A land rich in history, nature and a culture of good food. The founder of Dispac, Giuseppe di Fidio, inherited from his father, Eugenio di Fidio, a lawyer by training and passionate farmer, a thriving farm with an old farmhouse in its center. The passion became concrete when the desire to combine local traditions and technology was born, and thus Dispac was born.
The almost obligatory step follows to complete the supply chain that leads from the land to the final consumer through the processing and preservation of the best products using techniques perfected over years of experience. Dispac realizes this dream of exporting the delicacies and traditions of our country to the whole world and continues with the owner's three sons in the current project. We are talking about an idea, a project, because we like to think of something that is constantly evolving, in motion, in constant growth that never stops.
The cornerstones of this project are the love for our country, the care for the best products, our customers and professionalism. The flagship of our production is the "Bella di Cerignola" olives from our 50-hectare farm, which we cultivate with care and attention to select the best product to offer our customers. However, the guarantee of quality is all our ingredients, from grilled vegetables to dried Italian tomatoes to the various specialties we offer. Of course, the focus on ingredients has not let us forget the importance of the third key factor, in order to be able to fully implement the original project, which is the heart of our company.
The customer is always at the heart of our project. Customer satisfaction is the foundation, and to achieve it, we must study the target markets in depth, without forgetting the individuality represented by the different national and local realities. And now we come to the last point, professionalism. Only by surrounding ourselves with qualified personnel can we achieve continuity in the implementation of all the points of the original idea. Maintaining a continuous dialogue between the individual phases that arise from the design of a new product, through its implementation to sales and end customer satisfaction.
