- 50 ML GRAPPA BIANCA NARDINI
- 15 ML BROWN SUGAR SYRUP
- 1 FRESH LIME
- SLICES OF LIME, TO GARNISH

• Cut the lime into eight wedges and – using a pestle – muddle them with the sugar syrup in an old fashioned glass (or similar)
• Pour in the grappa and stir
• Fill glass with crushed ice and stir again
• Garnish with slices of lime
